Abstract
The document defines and gives the specifications of special cements and their constituents together with DIN EN 197-1 cement with low effective alkali content. The definition of special cements includes the composition and strength classes to produce these products. Futhermore the document includes the necessary mechanical, physical and chemical requirements of the products, strength classes including the conformity attestation.
